Hello! My name is Christine. I have been on every kind of diet imaginable. I decided back in 2011 to blog my journey to losing weight. The journey has been insane; an emotional rollercoaster.  I finally find myself in a place where I feel confident with my life; emotionally and mentally. Keto is the diet where fat is my best friend! Keeping my carbs under 30grams, but 20grams is better. Especially as I begin the first stage of my keto experiment. My goal for now is to lose weight and feel less aches and pains in my knees. I am looking for that energy level that screams WOW!
